How to Test Diamonds: 1. Turn on the switch and ensure only 1 light is lit on the scale. 2. Wait for the probe to heat up (Lamp On Ready OK). 3. Turn on lights corresponding to indoor temperature and diamond weight. 4. If unsure, set 4 lights on the scale. 5. Test diamond without adjusting the switch. 6. Use diamond discriminator probe at 90-degree angle with object, observe light change. 7. If unsuccessful, repeat step 2.
